Adult dance classes at Bayside Dance are all about YOU enjoying yourself through movement. Our classes are open to all experience levels, with teachers who adapt to the group and support you every step of the way.
Ballet
Improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and posture with regular ballet classes. Ballet is great for memory and imagination, inspires gracefulness, enhances the mind-body connection and is a fantastic stress reliever.
Tap
Find your rhythm and step out with the enormously appealing tap dance. There’s something very satisfying about the clickety-clack of those shoes! Come along and make music with us while getting fit and feeling fantastic.
Broadway Jazz
You’re a Broadway baby! No two weeks are the same in this high-energy jazz dance class which will see you dancing through a variety of musical theatre styles and choreography. Perfect for adults who want to unleash their inner Broadway diva in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Best suited to dancers with some experience, but beginners are always welcome!
