Venezuelan-born Daniella Lamberti began her passion for dance at the Fanny Montiel School of Ballet, and also studied Jazz, Hip Hop, Solo Latin, Flamenco and Belly Dancing extensively at the Voila School of Dance in Venezuela where her mum was the director. She arrived in Sydney with her husband in 2005 and instantly fell in love with Australia. Daniella was Latino Fever’s School Choreographer and taught International Latin Dance Therapy. She then founded Solodance Academy, teaching Latin Jazz, Hip Hop, Belly Dancing, Latino exercise, Solo Latin Dance Therapy and International Latin Rhythms for Couples.
She has performed at corporate events, commercials and events around the country. Daniella taught Flamenco at Kik Dance Academy, choreographing a Rumba Flamenca for their 2009 Championship where they obtained their first place. She was nominated as Hispanic Woman Business Yearly Award by the Australian Hispanic Women Business Network. Daniella is a qualified child care worked and teaches Zumba at various location across Brisbane. Her mum says she got the ‘sabor’ (taste) for Latin dance because she was born during the Carnival!
