Lauren is an experienced arts manager and administrator with a strong passion for performing arts education. At Bayside Dance she leads our Musical Theatre program.
She holds a Master of Arts and Cultural Management from the University of Melbourne, where she completed a thesis on, quite literally, high school musicals. Her academic background also includes a Bachelor of Arts (Music) from the University of Sydney and the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
Outside of the studio, Lauren is often found in rehearsal rooms across Brisbane, working with both community and professional theatre companies as a director, music director, stage manager, or production coordinator.
Before joining Bayside Dance in 2021, she was a cast member at Walt Disney World, an experience that continues to thrill many of our younger students! She also brings a rich background in sales, tourism, events, and retail to her multifaceted role at the studio.
