Our Team

Maddi has had a life-long love of dance, which has only continued to grow since teaching at Bayside Dance. She began her dance tuition right here in the Bayside area, learning jazz, CSTD (now Comdance) tap and ballet, and dancing in countless eisteddfods and community performances. Maddi’s love for dance also extends into the world of musical theatre; having performed in various musicals such as The Wedding Singer, Footloose, Beauty and the Beast, Chicago and Mamma Mia!

After graduating high-school, Maddi’s passion for dance and theatre was furthered by studying a Bachelor of Creative Industries, majoring in Dance and Drama, which she graduated from in 2021, with Distinction. In 2018, while performing in Savoyard’s production of Chicago, Maddi met Miss Kaitlin for the first time, and accepted an internship role with Bayside Dance, in the Musical Theatre program. After completing that internship in 2019, Maddi joined the teaching staff, and has had enjoyed every single second working here since!

After spending time teaching all disciplines that Bayside Dance has to offer, Acro and Performance Teams have become new favourites, while Tap is the one that will always remain closest to Miss Maddi’s heart.
