Kate grew up in Brisbane and trained under Lisa Wyatt and Charmaine Paddick at Kick Dance Studio in Bulimba. Before completing her full time training in 2004 at The Edge in Melbourne, Kate performed locally as a professional dancer in and around Brisbane. She began her international dancing career in 2005 with Carnival Cruise Lines and then progressed on to roles as Dance Captain and Entertainment Project Manager for CCL and Gables Grove Productions in New York City. Kate now shares her industry and technical knowledge with up and coming performers. At Bayside Dance, she’s our highly skilled Assistant Director and Preschool Program Coordinator, as well as teaching hip hop, jazz, tap and ballet.
