Let’s dance!

Welcome to 2021 dance! We can’t wait to get started on your dance journey this year.

We have information to share with you all, including parent and student handbooks, class wear information and more! Read on to find out all you need to know.

If you have questions, please get in touch with us at hello@baysidedance.com.au or 0402 927 688.

See you on the dance floor!

and the Bayside Dance team

Parent and Student Handbooks

Our 2021 Parent and Student handbooks are now available! Please find some time over a coffee or a cold drink to have a good read.

The handbooks cover practical things like dates, what to wear and procedures, and also explain why we do what we do.

Read the handbook

Dance wear and shoes

We stock leotards, shoes, uniforms, bags and hair kits at our studio, to make it easy to prepare your dancer for classes.

Check the Parent and Student Handbook for class wear requirements, and then ask at Reception for help with sizes.

More about uniforms

Second-hand sale

We have a second-hand shoe and dance wear resale service in the waiting room at the studio.

To sell, simply drop your pre-loved shoes or leotard into the relevant box in a clear plastic bag, with your name, shoe size and desired price, and when it sells we’ll pass the cash directly to you.

To buy, please check through the stock and try on to check for a good fit. Place the correct amount of cash in the bag and pass to a staff member. Done!

Parking

Our carpark can get busy and our Bayside Dance parks fill up quickly. If you arrive before 4.30pm, the easiest option is to find a street park on Tingal Rd or the side streets.

Just take care to obey the parking signs and make sure you haven’t blocked any driveways. We want to keep our neighbours happy!

After 4.30pm and on Saturdays, you’re welcome to park in in the North Sails bays on the opposite side of the parking lot.

Always take care in our car parks, ensuring children are supervised and check all your mirrors before reversing.

Staying in touch

We love to chat, but it can be tricky between classes. If you have questions that aren’t covered in the newsletter, the best way to ask us is via email.

You can also join our Facebook groups where we share information, photos, ask questions and generally support each other along the dance journey.

For parents, join our Bayside Dance Parents and Students group.
For adult dancers, join our Bayside Dance Adult Dancers group.
